VP of Customer Experience

Prior to Coconut Software, Leona worked at Influitive – a customer advocacy SaaS company – leading the enterprise Customer Success function, and before that Topia and Achievers.
Leona has a Bachelor of Commerce from Queen’s University where she spent her summers interning at TD Bank in their business information, operational support, and phone channel teams. Leona has called five countries home, but currently lives in Toronto.

What do you love about working at Coconut?

The people. Every company mentions their people but what makes Coconut special is that you feel your colleagues are rooting for you to win professionally and personally. If anyone needs help with a call, building a presentation, analyzing data, there’s no shortage of folks stepping in to help. The team is also there to help support personally whether it be helping me work on my yoga breathing techniques on a 1:1 mindfulness meeting or a video call with one of our lead devs to help me figure out my rubix cube, the team has got your back.

How do you spend your time when you’re not at work?

Well, right now it’s not solving my forever stuck rubix cube. Outside of work you’ll find me on a yoga mat, boxing, hiking, or being a semi-automated human food dispenser to my dog.
